Scott Kuethen
Scott brings twenty four years of experience focused on people, organizations, and how individuals contribute to organizational and personal success. Scott is the CEO of Amtec Human Capital which has offices in Orange County, San Jose, Portland, Denver, and in the Philippines.

Lynn Pearson
Lynn has 20 years of experience helping people find work and more importantly their calling. She is currently the director of the Career Services office at Azusa Pacific University. Her passion is to help people find their calling and not just settle for a job. She specializes in helping people find the “hidden job market”.

Jeff Abbott
Jeff is a proven leader, well known in the aircraft and space industry with 25 - plus years of operations experience from the ground floor to President. He has served in various senior executive roles, including Sales and Marketing, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance. Most recently, Jeff is currently quite active with Convene Corp, an organization of Christian CEOs.

Glen Peterson
Glen has developed training and mentoring programs to help families improve their economic wellbeing through work. Glen is a consultant doing community and economic development work including program design, organizational assessment and development and resource development with Capacity Partnership Group (www.capacitypartnership.com).

Vicki Perry
Vicki is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 20 years of progressive experience, grounded in employee relations, organizational development, training, performance management, employee development and staffing. She has worked in a variety of settings from a unionized manufacturing plant to headquarters and R&D facilities. She currently is the Director of Global Strategic Staffing for Avery Dennison. Vicki and her team lead recruiting activities for North America and are starting up recruiting activities and programs in Asia.

Christian Garcia
As an Employment Program Representative for the State of California Employment Development Department (EDD) Norwalk Workforce Service, Mr. Garcia possesses extensive knowledge about the programs and services the EDD offers. Currently, he facilitates several workshops both in English and Spanish such as the Initial Assistance Workshops (IAW), CalJOBS Workshops, Job Search Workshops (JSW), and Labor Market Information/Skills Assessment Workshop. In addition to working as a workshop leader, he provides assistance to job seekers who need help with their Unemployment Insurance (UI) Benefits, and as a Reemployment Eligibility Assessment Interviewer. Lastly, he provides customer service to a high volume of job seekers and assists them with their employment needs.

Cecilia Rodriguez
Cecilia has been in the employment & training field for over twenty-five years working for several State funded agencies and non-profits. For several years she was the Director of a non-profit organization in Long Beach that provided training & employment services to low-income women. She has been employed @ the SASSFA WorkSource Center in the city of Santa Fe Springs as a recruiter for the past four years.
